How do I create a job?

Tap "New Job" in the bottom menu, enter the customer name, service type, and amount, then tap "Create Job." You can also use the AI voice assistant to create a job hands-free.

How does my customer sign?

From the job detail, tap "Review & Send Contract." You can hand your device for an on-screen signature, email them a signing link, or record a verbal agreement for elderly or offline clients.

How do I collect payment?

After the customer signs, choose "Full Payment" or "Deposit + Balance." Accept card payments, Apple Pay, cash, or check. You can also text or email a secure payment link.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes. You can record verbal approvals and mark jobs as paid by cash or check without an internet connection. Card payments require connectivity.

How do I add photos to a job?

After collecting payment, you are taken to the photos screen. Tap "Add Photo" to take or upload as many photos as you need. Photos are attached to the customer's invoice for your records.
